Ridgefield Residents Enjoy Free Entry on Opening Weekend: May 27-29


Martin Park Beach (located at 19 Great Pond Road) offers refreshing pond swimming and boating activities in a natural, spring fed pond. Lifeguard staffing is provided during operation hours from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Enjoy our sandy beach, Zoom Floom, Wibit Slide, water mat, and playground; play beach volleyball or rent a kayak, paddleboard or paddle boat.

The beach is open daily from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.  Memberships and daily admission are available to Ridgefield residents and non-residents.

Seasonal Memberships


Family Membership
Includes all legal dependents within a family (including nannies).  Adult offspring of the family must be residents and legal dependents to receive a pass.

Resident: $168
Non-resident: $250
Senior resident (ages 60+): Free (guest passes not included)
Senior non-resident (ages 60+): $230

Only paid family memberships will receive one guest card good for 4 free visits for the guest(s) of your choice.


Individual Membership
Valid for one person only.

Resident: $91
Non-resident: $116
Senior resident (ages 60+): Free
Senior non-resident (ages 60+): $106

A $3 Special Services fee has been added to all individual and family memberships.  This fee is used to fund town special services.

Daily Drop-in Admission

Residents and non-residents may pay a daily admission fee on a drop-in basis. Residents must provide proof of residency at the gate at each visit.  The ticket is good for the day of issue only. Daily admission fees may be applied to purchasing a season pass if presented and purchased before the end of business the following day ONLY.

Resident: $15 per person
Non-resident: $20 per person
Senior resident (ages 60+): Free
Senior non-resident (ages 60+): $18 per person or free when accompanied by a member

Guest Passes

Allows patrons to visit the beach up to 4 times
Resident: $50
Non-resident: $70


In the event of thunder or lightning, swimmers will be instructed to exit the water and the park may close at the discretion of the lifeguards.  If Martin Park is closed to the public, passes will also be honored at the Recreation Center pool.
